What do you mean by faith-based?

Faith-based, in the context of the Leadership Needs Radar™, refers to an approach that integrates biblical principles, prayerful reflection, and spiritual discernment into your leadership development journey.

If you choose the Faith-Infused Track, we’ll explore your leadership challenges through a lens that honours your Christian values, purpose, and calling. This might include:
