redemptive gifts curriculum: teach redemptive gifts

Redemptive Gifts Small Group Curriculum for Churches

The Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series is a seven-session small group curriculum for churches on the seven gifts of Romans 12:6-8: Prophet, Servant, Teacher, Exhorter, Giver, Ruler and Mercy. Each session comes with a learner Session Guide, a Character Traits handout and a Facilitator Companion.

It is taught by trained, licensed facilitators. If you already know the gifts well, have walked this journey for a while and have read my articles at minimum, apply. We have a short call, and then I send you a payment link.

The workbooks are not sold separately. Learners receive them in the training or from their facilitator.

However, since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to use them properly: if prophecy, in proportion to one's faith; if service, in the act of serving; or the one who teaches, in the act of teaching; or the one who exhorts, in the work of exhortation; the one who gives, with generosity; the one who is in leadership, with diligence; the one who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.— Romans 12:6-8 (NASB)

1. What is the Redemptive Gifts Discovery               Series?

You want your group to go deeper than a gifts test. You've probably watched people fill in a questionnaire, receive a label, and go home unchanged. You also have a job, a family and a church calendar, and no spare week to write seven lessons from scratch.

I wrote this series for that gap. Each session takes one gift from Romans 12, shows what it looks like on a good day and under pressure, and sends people home with homework that keeps them thinking until you meet again. You bring the room. The Facilitator Companion brings the structure, and leaves plenty of space for your own personality and style.

ARMOUR and Design

how a redemptive gifts discovery series session runs, in six parts

The heart of the series is about design.  Your design is who God made you to be. Your armour is what you learned to become to stay safe: roles you were handed young, habits that earned you praise, ways you protected yourself when you were hurt. Armour can look a lot like a gift, which is why so many people take a gifts test and don't recognise themselves in the result.

So every session sets the two side by side. A Prophet can say the hard thing like a hammer and leave people bruised, or say it as light and help them find their way home. A Servant can be a doormat, saying yes to everyone and resenting it in silence, or an armour bearer whose faithfulness makes someone else's calling possible. Each gift has its own journey from one to the other, and naming that journey is often the moment someone in the room recognises themselves for the first time.

2. The seven gifts in the series

Gift

Who they are

Prophet

Sees what's out of line and can't rest until it's restored.

Servant

Sees what's needed first, and makes everyone else's work possible.

Teacher

Checks the source before passing anything on, and builds what will last.

Exhorter

Leaves people more hopeful than they came, and calls out potential before anyone else sees it.

Giver

Brings the right people and resources together, and starts things that outlast them.

Ruler

Takes a dream and turns it into a plan, a team and a first job for Monday.

Mercy

Knows how a room feels before anyone speaks, and stays when everyone else has left.

3. What's in the Facilitator Kit

redemptive gifts discovery series by kerry anne cassidy

The facilitator kit is your full training kit that allows you to prepare for your training delivery.

Your learners receive their workbooks from you, printed under a Group Print Licence appropriate for the size of the group you will be training (see section 8 for "choose your kit and license"). You as the facilitator pay for the print licence once, in full, before I release the files. What you ask your group to contribute is up to you.

Learners can't buy the materials on their own. They receive them from the facilitator whose group they join.

The kit is released after you've successfully completed the Discovery Series training and completed a successful audition, which I explain under How licensing works below.

If you are training with a co-facilitator, then the co-facilitator needs to go through the training themselves and purchase a separate facilitator kit for their own use after successful certification.

examples of leader kit for redemptive gifts discovery series
  • Seven Facilitator Companions, one for each session. Each facilitator guide includes a suggested structure with estimated timing for each part of the session, running notes, answer keys for the quizzes, riddles and Spot the Gift activities (kept out of the learners' copies), notes on what might surface in the room, a clear safeguarding line, and running notes for the closing feedback step.
  • The Opening Games Bank. Two games for every session, for the weeks your group needs a livelier start.
  • The Sources & Further Study guide. Every source behind the portraits, traits and Scripture, plus reading for facilitators who want to go deeper.
  • The Foundations Summary. The one-page introduction your group reads before Session 1.
  • Your own Learner Pack which includes a copy of each of the 7 Workbooks and Character Traits handouts, so you can prepare for each session.

What each learner pack holds

small group curriculum - learner resource examples

Every gift has a Session Guide: it includes prework to do at home, space to write throughout and a closing prayer to pray together. The homework links to a free article on that gift. Every gift also has a Character Traits handout, which shows the gift under pressure and at its best, side by side.

The series draws on the lives of believers from across the world and across the centuries, and shows what each gift cost them.

What your group needs

The facilitator kit is exclusively for a facilitator's use, no one else.

Your learners get their material through you, their facilitator. You buy a Group Print Licence for the number of people you have signed up.  You pay for the licence, in full, before I release the files. What you ask your group to contribute is up to you.

4. How a session runs

Every redemptive gift's session plan follows the same structure, so your group knows what to expect and you can prepare for each session.

Session Structure

What happens

Before you arrive

Learners read the free article on that week's gift and answer a few short questions at home.

Opening

A review on last week's gift. The Games Bank includes alternatives if you want something a little different.

Meet the gift

Introduction to the gift, with examples from Scripture and believers who carried it.

Armour vs Design

The gift and its armour side by side

Fractals

Where God placed this gift in the patterns of Scripture.

Homework and prayer

Each person chooses a homework option, and the group finishes by praying together.

Closing feedback

In the last ten minutes of the session, each learner scans the QR code in the Session Guide and answers a short feedback form on their phone. The answers come to me, so I hear how the series is landing in your room and I can support you better.

What the sessions leave out, on purpose. This learning journey into the Redemptive Gifts is about insight, exploration, recognition and discernment, not counseling or therapy. The sessions help people recognise a gift. When old wounds come up, the Facilitator Companion shows you how to keep the room safe and offer a one-to-one conversation afterwards, and it gives you a clear safeguarding line for any disclosure. Deep inner-healing work and deliverance belong in prayer ministry, not the group.

5. Who can lead this series

You’ve walked the redemptive gifts journey for a while, you’re clear on your own gift, and you’ve read my Redemptive Gift Awakened Series of articles at minimum. Designed for Destiny is recommended but not required. If you know the gifts well and can explain your own, apply, and we’ll talk it through on the call.

Leaders complete the Facilitator Training first, and the leader's kit is included in the training price.

The series was written for:

  • pastors, and small group and home group leaders;
  • missionaries and lay ministers;
  • women's and men's ministry leaders;
  • church staff teams and church plant teams;
  • Christian school teachers and homeschool co-ops.

It also works well straight after a sermon series on Romans 12. The preaching gives people the passage, and the small groups give them seven weeks to see it in each other.

For just as we have many parts in one body and all the body's parts do not have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually parts of one another. — Romans 12:4–5 (NASB)

That's the reason to do this as a group rather than alone. By the last session, most people have stopped asking only "which one am I?" and started noticing why the Mercy and the Ruler in their small group react so differently to the same bad news. A group that has met all seven gifts starts to value the person who is nothing like them.

If half your group has already done Network or a SHAPE course, the series still has something to give them. Those courses match people to roles. This one asks who God made them before any role is chosen.

Forward this to your pastor

I'd like to run a seven-session small group on the redemptive gifts of Romans 12:6–8. It's called the Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series, by Kerry Anne Cassidy. Each session is 75–90 minutes and covers one gift: what it looks like on a good day and under pressure, where it appears in Scripture, and homework linked to a free article.

It stays with Romans 12, so it's neither a personality test nor a charismatic activation course, and it helps people recognise how God made them so they can serve one another with it.

The leader’s kit is US$79, and the Starter Bundle (US$189) adds a licence to print for up to 12 people. Leaders complete a facilitator train-the-trainer first. The next one starts on 21 November 2026, and the leader’s material is released after the training.

6. How it compares with other gifts courses and tests

If you've been looking for a spiritual gifts small group study, you've probably found two kinds: questionnaires that hand people a label, and courses that match people to volunteer roles. This series does a different job, and it helps to see where it sits.

Redemptive gifts, motivational gifts and spiritual gifts

Redemptive gifts and motivational gifts are the same seven gifts of Romans 12:6–8. "Motivational gifts" is the older name many churches used in their classes. Both describe design: how God wired a person's motivation. The gifts in 1 Corinthians 12, such as healing, tongues and words of knowledge, are manifestation gifts of the Holy Spirit given for a moment and a need. The roles in Ephesians 4, the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, are offices given to the church. This series stays with Romans 12.

Compared with other courses and tools

If you've used…

How the Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series is different

Network (Bruce Bugbee)

Network's leader's guide is subtitled "The Right People… In the Right Places… For the Right Reasons." It matches gifts, passion and style to a ministry role. This series comes before that step. It helps people recognise their Romans 12 design first, so the role they choose fits who they are.

A spiritual gifts test

A test scores a questionnaire in a few minutes. Many people answer from their armour, so the result can describe the person they learned to be. This series gives no score. People recognise their gift over seven sessions, alongside people who know them.

Enneagram, DISC or a personality profile

Those tools describe personality and behaviour. This series works from Scripture, with the seven gifts God names in Romans 12, and asks what He designed a person for.

A general spiritual gifts study

Most cover a mixed list of gifts from several passages. This series gives a full session to each of the seven Romans 12 gifts, with a Facilitator Companion for each one.

7. Where this teaching comes from, and what    it leaves out

The seven gifts come from Romans 12:6–8. The way this series teaches them builds on the work of Arthur Burk of Sapphire Leadership Group, who taught the redemptive gifts for decades and made them known around the world. I owe his work a great deal, and the Sources & Further Study guide credits him as one of my reference points. The series is written in my own framework and language: design and armour, a maturity journey for each gift, and a session structure built for groups. It isn't Arthur Burk's course.

Earlier teaching on the seven motivational gifts passed through several teachers, including Bill Gothard. This series isn't IBLP material, and it doesn't teach his authority or family framework.

Here's what the series doesn't include:

  • Scored tests or deep diagnostics. The Joy Test, the Friction Test and the Wound Check belong in Designed for Destiny, for personal study as the next step in your journey.
  • Generational curses, renunciation or deliverance prayer. These belong in one-to-one prayer ministry, not a small group.
  • Activation of the 1 Corinthians 12 gifts. There's no teaching on tongues, healing or prophetic activation.
  • Fractals presented as doctrine. They're teaching parallels that help people see a gift, and the sessions present them that way.

8. Choose your kit and licence

Your Facilitator Kit is included in your training. It is released in two stages. At sessions 8 and 9 you receive the Teacher Companion to prepare your delivery. The rest of the Kit, and your Group Print Licence files, are released after you pass the audition and your licence is paid.

The Kit covers you, not your group. Your learners receive their workbook and handout from you, printed under a Group Print Licence for the number of people who have signed up. You pay for the licence once, in full, before I release the files. What you ask your group to contribute is up to you.

Learners cannot buy the materials on their own. They receive them in the training or from the facilitator whose group they join.

A co-facilitator completes the facilitator training. Their Facilitator Kit is included.

Count the people who have signed up, not the people who turn up: up to 12, 25 or 50. Your Facilitator Kit is already included in your training. Want to teach a second, third or fourth group? Apply for a new Group Print Licence, specific to your group needs. I will ask for your post-course report first.

A co-facilitator must have gone through Kerry Anne's training in order to get a copy of their Facilitator Kit.

9. Facilitator Training

If you are ready to deliver group training, then come join me as I take you and a small group of facilitators through hands-on training. You will experience the series as a learner and learn to facilitate a group.  You will facilitate a short segment live before you’re licensed.

This training is for believers who already know the redemptive gifts. You’ve walked the journey for a while, you’re clear on your own gift, and you’ve read my Awakened by Design Redemptive Gift articles at minimum. Designed for Destiny is recommended but not required.

APPLY TO JOIN THE COURSE - BOOK YOUR CALL

How the call works

  • After you apply, we have a short call to help you prepare and confirm your cohort details
  • The Facilitator Training: if you know the gifts and want to lead groups through the series.
  • The first cohort of facilitators goes through hands-on training. You experience the series as a learner, learn to run a room, and facilitate a short segment live before you're licensed.

This training is for people who already know the redemptive gifts. You've walked the journey for a while, you're clear on your own gift, and you've read my gift articles at minimum. Designed for Destiny is recommended but not required.

What each session consists of

Sessions 1 to 7 each follow one gift in Romans 12 order. Each is 2 hours:

  • 80 minutes of training: the gift session as your own learners will meet it, taught from the Session Guide.
  • 30 minutes of facilitator work from that gift’s Facilitator Companion: timing, running notes, what may surface in the room and the safeguarding line.
  • 10 minutes of feedback, given by QR code, the same way your learners will.

10. How licensing works

The Facilitator Kit and the group print licences are released after successful facilitator certification and payment in full.

Having spent the last 30 years developing and delivering soft skills and leadership programs, I want to make sure you are set up for success as a facilitator.  I know how tough it is to deal with hard questions, disruption or emotional outbursts in a session and my role is to build your confidence and provide you with the necessary support to teach on the Redemptive Gifts, bringing glory to Jesus.

Step

Replace with

1. Apply

Apply. Tell me about your church or group. Tell me whether you’ve read Designed for Destiny, or how you already know the gifts. We then have a short call, and get you set up for the training.

2. Discovery Series Training

Attend the training. See the intake table for sessions, dates and payment.

3. Payment link

After the call I send you a private link to pay for the training. After you pass the audition, I send you a second private link for your Group Print Licence.

4. On Successful Certification, you sign a  facilitator agreement

It covers several crucial points as listed below.

5. Your Files Arrive

Each PDF is stamped with your name and email, and I send you a licence page showing your church, your dates and your learner limit.

What the agreement covers

It covers the points listed below:

  1. Know the gifts first. You’ve walked this journey for a while, you’re clear on your own gift, and you’ve read my Awakened by Design Redemptive Gift articles at minimum. Designed for Destiny is recommended for deeper understanding and personal study. This series is taught by people who’ve done the inside work themselves.
  2. The audition. Includes these 5 crucial standards — uses the session guides comfortably injecting their own personality, creates safety, engages the group, keeps to the design, handles the moment — score “yes” before you’re licensed.
  3. Payment in advance. The licence is paid in full before the files are released.  What you ask your group to contribute is up to you.
  4. The copy limit. A print licence is the only permitted way to make copies. You print for the number of learners you're licensed for and no more.
  5. Reprints. If a learner in your group loses a workbook, you may reprint it for that learner. You may not reprint for anyone outside the group.
  6. What counts as a group. One group is the people who signed up under your licence for one run of the seven sessions. A second group needs a new licence.
  7. Printing only. You may print the material. You may not email it, share it digitally or upload it. Learners may keep their printed copies.
  8. No translation or changes. You don’t translate, adapt or change the material, and you don’t let anyone else do it, unless we agree in writing. The licence can’t be passed to anyone else. If the terms are broken the licence ends, with no refund.
  9. Learner registration. In Session 1, every learner signs up on a short form to receive the supporting companion emails. It's free, and they can unsubscribe at any time.
  10. Feedback in the room. The last ten minutes of every session is a short feedback form, which learners reach by scanning a QR code.
  11. A post-course facilitator report back within seven days. Attendance each night, the copies you printed and anything that didn't go well.
  12. What happens if the terms aren't met. You will not be able to purchase further licences and you will not be able to teach the program.

11. Studying on your own, and what comes after the series

This series is taught in groups, through trained facilitators. If you want to discover more about your own design on your own first, start with Designed for Destiny. The workbook gives you a much deeper insight into each of the redemptive gifts, tailored questions for each gift to help you identify it in yourself and others, and much, much more. It still helps to ask two people who know you well where they see your gift, since other people often see a gift before its owner does.

Facilitator Training runs a few times a year. Want to experience the series as a learner first? See the learner page

What comes after the series.

Option 1 - Go deeper in Designed for Destiny. By the last session, most people want to know which gift is theirs for certain. Designed for Destiny is the place to find out — an in-depth workbook with the Joy Test, the Friction Test and the Wound Check to help you recognise your design versus your armour.

christian leadership workbook on redemptive gifts of romans 12

In 2027 I’m running Designed for Destiny as a seven-week online course. Sign up here to be the first to be invited to the course.

OPTION 2: TEACH THE REDEMPTIVE GIFTS TO OTHERS

Many people who finish the series want to lead it for others. Right now, that starts with the Facilitator Certification Training above.

Option 3: IN A GROUP WITH A FACILITATOR?

If your facilitator is printing copies on a licence, you don’t need to buy anything. In Session 1 you’ll be asked to register for the weekly emails which will provide insight and further context to the materials you are using.

12. Frequently asked questions

1. What are the seven redemptive gifts in Romans 12?

The seven redemptive gifts named in Romans 12:6–8 are Prophet, Servant, Teacher, Exhorter, Giver, Ruler and Mercy. The Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series gives one 75–90 minute small group session to each gift, in that order. There's a free article on each gift on kerryannecassidy.com, and every session's homework links to it.

2. Are redemptive gifts the same as spiritual gifts?

Not quite. Redemptive gifts are the seven gifts of Romans 12:6–8, which describe how God designed a person's motivation. The gifts listed in 1 Corinthians 12, such as healing, tongues and words of knowledge, are manifestations of the Holy Spirit for a moment and a need. The Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series covers Romans 12 only.

3. Are redemptive gifts the same as motivational gifts?

Yes. Redemptive gifts and motivational gifts are two names for the same seven gifts of Romans 12:6–8: Prophet, Servant, Teacher, Exhorter, Giver, Ruler and Mercy. "Motivational gifts" is the older name many churches used in classes. This series uses "redemptive gifts" throughout.

4. Is this Arthur Burk's course?

No. The Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series builds on Arthur Burk's teaching on the redemptive gifts and credits his work in its Sources & Further Study guide. It's written by Kerry Anne Cassidy in her own framework, with design and armour, a maturity journey for each gift, and a Facilitator Companion for every session.

5. Is this connected to Bill Gothard or IBLP?

No. Earlier teaching on the seven motivational gifts passed through several teachers, including Bill Gothard. The Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series isn't IBLP material and doesn't teach his authority or family framework. It stays with Romans 12:6–8 and the Scripture around it.

6. Can a lay leader run this without being a redemptive gifts expert?

Yes. Each Facilitator Companion gives you a timing table, running notes for every part of the session, answer keys, notes on what might come up in the room and a safeguarding line. The Opening Games Bank adds two games per session. You don't need to be an expert. You need to be willing to hold the room.

7. What should I buy for a group of 8, or a group of 25?

Count the people who have signed up. The Group Print Licence covers up to 12, 25 or 50 learners (prices in section 8). Your Facilitator Kit is included in your training.

8. Can we print the learner WORKBOOKs, or use tablets?

Learners receive printed workbooks from their facilitator, who prints them under a Group Print Licence for up to 12, 25 or 50 learners. That licence is the only permitted way to make copies. You may not photocopy the pages, email the PDFs or upload them to a shared drive or church website. Learners may keep their printed copy.

9. Is this a charismatic course? Can a cessationist church use it?

It isn't a charismatic activation course. The series doesn't teach tongues, healing or prophetic activation. It studies the seven gifts of Romans 12:6–8 as God's design for each person. A cessationist church, or one that's open but cautious, can use it, as long as the group is willing to study Romans 12.

10. Is the redemptive gift of Prophet the same as the office of prophet?

No. The redemptive gift of Prophet in Romans 12 describes how a person is designed: someone who sees what's out of line and longs to see it restored. The prophets named in Ephesians 4 hold an office in the church, and prophecy in 1 Corinthians 12 is a manifestation of the Spirit. The series covers the Romans 12 gift only.

11. How is this different from the Network spiritual gifts course?

Network sets out to put people in the right ministry role by matching their gifts, passion and style. The Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series comes before that step. It spends seven sessions helping people recognise their Romans 12 design, including the armour they learned to wear, so any role they take later fits who God made them.

12. Is this another spiritual gifts test?

No. There's no scored questionnaire in the series. People often answer tests from their armour, so a score can describe the person they learned to be rather than the person God designed. The series gives people seven sessions to recognise their gift, in a group of people who know them.

13. How is the series different from Designed for Destiny, or Designed for Fulfillment?

The Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series is a seven-session group study. Designed for Destiny is Kerry Anne Cassidy's in-depth workbook for personal study, and includes the Joy Test, the Friction Test and the Wound Check. Designed for Fulfillment is a different book by a different author, Charles Wale, and isn't connected to this series.

14. What happens if someone gets upset, or old wounds come up?

The series helps people recognise a gift. It isn't therapy or deliverance. Each Facilitator Companion names what might surface in that session, shows you how to keep the room safe, and gives a clear safeguarding line for any disclosure. Deeper healing belongs in one-to-one prayer ministry, and the Holy Void article is a good place for further reading.

15. Is the series available in Dutch?

Yes. The Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series is available in English and Dutch. The Dutch edition has the same session structure, Facilitator Companions and licence tiers as the English edition, and it is priced in euros: Print licences at €149, €269 and €449 for up to 12, 25 or 50 learners. Apply in the same way and say you'd like the Dutch edition. To read this page in Dutch, right-click it in Chrome and choose "Translate to Dutch".

16. What if our facilitator leaves partway through the series?

The Facilitator Kit covers one facilitator, so a new facilitator goes through the training. A Group Print Licence covers one group for one run of the seven sessions within 6 months, so the group can carry on with the licence you already bought. If you need to extend the 6 months because your course is going to run longer than 6 months, email me and I'll update your licence so that you are covered.

17. Why do I have to apply for the Facilitator Kit and licences?

Learners do not apply. They receive their workbook from their facilitator or join the learner seat on its own page. Facilitators apply first. I reply within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays.

18. Why is the licence based on how many people sign up, not how many come?

A Group Print Licence covers the number of people who have signed up for your group, because that's the number of copies you will print. If 34 people have signed up, you need the licence for up to 50, even if fewer come on the night. You pay for the licence in full before I release the files, so there is nothing to reconcile afterwards.

19. Do my learners have to register with you?

Yes, if you run the series on a Group Print Licence or the Starter Bundle. In Session 1, every learner signs up on a short form with their name and email, and they receive the weekly companion emails for the course. Registration is free and they can unsubscribe at any time. It means every learner is registered with me as well as with you, and it gives me a way to hear how the series is landing so I can provide you with the best possible support, ensuring a quality experience for learners and facilitators alike.

20. What is the post-course report, and what happens if I don't send it?

Within seven days of your last session, you send me a short report: who attended each night, how many copies you printed and anything that didn't go well. Learners give their feedback directly through the form at the end of each session, so the report adds what only you can see from the front of the room. The report is a condition of your next licence and of any discount. If the terms of the facilitator agreement aren't met, I don't issue further licences.

21. Can I charge my learners?

Yes. What you ask your group to contribute is between you and them. The licence itself is paid to me in full before the files are released, so the material never depends on what you collect at the door. No one may resell the materials.

22. I haven’t read Designed for Destiny. Can I still apply?

Yes, if you already know the gifts well and can explain them to someone else. We talk it through on the call. If it turns out you’d get more from going through your own design first, I’ll point you to the Designed for Destiny online course.

23. What’s the difference between the Facilitator Training and the Designed for Destiny online course?

The facilitator training teaches you to lead the Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series for small groups. The online course is for your own design and is much more in-depth than the Discovery Series: seven weeks, built on the Designed for Destiny workbook.  The two work together: you can do the Designed for Destiny course first and the small group facilitation certification training afterwards.

24. What if the cohort doesn’t fill?

The training runs whatever the numbers. If your cohort is very small, I may ask whether you can join the other cohort. I will tell you before the start, and you can decide.

25. What happens in each training session, and how do I prepare?

Each session is 2 hours: 80 minutes of training, 30 minutes of facilitator-specific work and 10 minutes of feedback. Before each gift session, read the free article on that gift and answer the three short questions. Session 8 is about facilitation techniques. Session 9 is live delivery and your audition.

26. What if I miss a session?

I know how busy life can be.  So, I've allowed for up to two of sessions 1 to 7 that can be missed. If you do miss a session, the expectation is that you will commit to watching and working through the recordings which will be shared with you via email. Sessions 8 and 9 are live, so everyone has to attend these sessions. Each session is recorded.

27. WHICH COHORT SHOULD i CHOOSE?

There are two cohorts with the same material and dates. Cohort A is the morning cohort in Australia (8:30-10:30am Brisbane time), so it falls in the evening in the US. Cohort B is the evening cohort in Australia (6-8pm Brisbane time), so it falls in the morning in Europe and Africa. New Zealand can join either. Sessions 8 and 9 run at your cohort's time. Use the Which cohort is yours table, then choose on the application form.

28. HOW DO i PAY?

After our call I email you a payment link. Pay US$597 in full, or US$358 now and US$358 after session 1. Your first payment locks in your price.

29. how does the 2-part payment work?

Your first payment locks in your price. The second is charged automatically after session 1. If it fails, your card is tried again several times over 5 working days, and you get an email each time asking you to update it. While it is unpaid, your Kit and licence files are held. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, I contact you personally. If money is tight, talk to me early.

13. About Kerry Anne Cassidy

Kerry Anne Cassidy is a Brisbane-based facilitator, author and prayer minister. Born in Zimbabwe and raised in South Africa, she has spent 30 years facilitating groups across more than 15 countries and has trained more than 40,000 people. She won the Australian Institute of Management's Facilitator of the Year award.

She is the author of Designed for Destiny: A Transformational Workbook for Faith-Based Believers which helps individuals deep dive into the redemptive gifts, and she's developed the Redemptive Gifts Discovery Series so that pastors and small group leaders can teach the seven gifts of Romans 12 without writing a curriculum from scratch.

14. What LEARNERs say about THE DISCOVERY SERIES

"Amazing tool for small groups... discovering how each gift complements, is a huge blessing! A must-have for all kinds of leadership." — Yves & Regina, Pastors across Portugal and Belgium

"

“I thought completely wrongly about the Teacher. I was used to someone who only had Bible knowledge without revelation. Now it is clear to me how important it is to hear the Holy Spirit, together with the Word.”

Angeline

/ Belgian Group Training

"

“Nice to reflect on who you are yourself. I had more moments of ‘aha’ and ‘wow’.”

Pascale

/ Belgian Group Training

"

Being a real people-pleaser was a confronting part. I always want to say yes without clearly giving my own opinion.

Annelies, on the Exhorter Session

/ Belgian Group Training

"

“I found it important that there was communication among us, because in our church there is a great need for it. Unity, and getting to know one another better as unique people.”

Carine

/ Belgian Group Training

"

“The course is very edifying and also encouraging.”

Jean-Paul

/ Belgian Group Training

Seven gifts, seven sessions, and a room full of people who are about to see each other differently. If you've been waiting for a way to teach Romans 12 that goes further than a questionnaire, this is ready when you are.

Grace for the journey,

Kerry Anne
