The Brief: The leaders in Auswide Bank were experiencing immense changes in both the industry as well as the organisation itself.
The Need for the Training: to ensure leaders had a solid foundation to solve customer problems, leveraging their teams instead of working alone and ensuring a succession plan for the organisation's future.
